Shipping & Handling: All products are downloads and do not have any shipping or handling charges associated with them.

Taxes: We are required to collect sales tax on purchases made by residents of Texas.

Payment: Payment is through PayPal where you may use your credit card or PayPal account. A PayPal Account is NOT REQUIRED.

Personal Information: We do require you to register in order to purchase because we manage your downloads and product updates on our site. The personal information you provide will be used for no purpose other than managing downloads associated with your order, managing product updates and for the purchase of products from LTWSports.com. This information will remain confidential and will not be sold or distributed in any way.

Downloads: Each product you purchase has an allowance of 3 downloads. By placing your order you agree that a downloads is only to be used to receive your purchased copy of the product or to replace your product in the event your copy becomes corrupt or accidentally deleted.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase at support-at-ltwsports.com with a subject line of PRODUCT RETURN and include your order number and a statement that you have destroyed/deleted any copies of the product.

Updates: From time to time corrections to program errors or data may be made to our products. Such corrections will be made available for download from our website, www.ltwsports.com at no charge to purchasers of our products.

New Versions: From time to time, LTWsports.com may issue a new version of a product. New versions may include enhanced functionality and data beyond the scope of that included with a current version of the product. Existing owners of a product will be offered the new version at a discounted price.
